Scion of an aristocratic family, he learnt international fashion from his Italian Guru,Elia Quagliola. Rajat, a legendary figure from the fashion and apparel industry has over 35 years of experience spread over Italy, EU, USA, SE Asia and India.
Along with his sourcing forte, he established joint ventures in the 90’s for luxury brands such as Lacoste, La Perla and Corneliani. Rajat also produced shirts for top European Luxury Brands in his own factory for Armani, Cerruti 1881, Cacharel, Tussardi , Lacoste, Boggi for over a decade. He revolutionized the apparel education industry in Bangladesh by setting up Pearl Academy, a delegated center of Nottingham Trent University. The International Labor Organization and GTZ of Germany also honored him for his contribution to develop the fashion industry.
Jean-Claude Roustant has more than 20 years of experience in Luxury Industry. A graduate from Euromed Management School, France and a MBA in Human Resources Management from IAE-Paris, JCR served as Retail Training Director at Louis Vuitton for 13 years. Thanks to his inputs, he is considered as a key person in the development of the worldwide LV service culture.
He is a certified, Master Coach from ICF; MBTI Certified and a NLP Practitioner. He has a wide knowledge of different industry sectors like Fashion & Apparel, Accessories & Leather Goods, Footwear, Fine Watch making and Jewellery. He intervenes for different Luxury brands like Louis Vuitton, Chanel, Relais et Chateaux worldwide, Bonpoint, Caran d’Ache, Sofitel Worldwide.
He has also shared his experience through his courses in renowned Business Schools like ESSEC Business School (Luxury MBA), ISG (Luxury Marketing MBA Program in Paris), EM Lyon (Master in Luxury), Beida University (Beijing, Institut du marketing Horloger), ESC Kennes, european Business School and LCBS, India.
Dr. Marika Taishoff is Director of the Full Time MBA and Executive On-Line MBA at the International University of Monaco. Prior to joining IUM in 2009, Marika had worked with IMD (the International Institute for Management Development) in Lausanne, Switzerland; Bocconi University Business School in Milan; and at the Imperial College Management School, University of London, as well as having been a consultant to many companies in Europe and Turkey.
Her own academic background extends well beyond management She has a BA magna cum laude from Barnard College, Columbia University in English and Religion; an MA from Columbia University in Russian Literature; an MA from the School of International Affairs of Columbia University in International Banking & Finance; and a Docteur es Sciences Politiques from l’Institut Universitaire de Hautes Etudes Internationales of the Universite de Geneve.
Annalisa is currently working at IUM as Director of the Masters in Luxury Management that offers 3 specializations: Luxury Goods & Services, Luxury Retail Management, and Luxury Hospitality & Event Management. Annalisa has worked as a recruitment manager in the HR Department of Fendi, part of the LVMH Group. She managed with her teams the whole recruitment process for the Corporate Headquarters, the Logistic Pole, the Plant, the European Offices and Retail Network (20 Boutiques: Italy, France, UK, Germany, Spain, Switzerland, Turkey).
Previously she spent 7 years working in the commercial department of several HR consulting companies, starting as the Key Account Manager before being promoted to the Area Manager. Annalisa graduated in Economics at the Sapienza University in Rome.
Arindam Bhattacharya was brought up and educated in Zambia, The United States and The United Kingdom. Over the past 14 years Arindam has worked extensively with various luxury brands in the US and UK and he has spent two years in London further researching the luxury goods market and the overall supply chain process within the luxury industry.He has worked on projects for various brands and retailers including Coca Cola, Disney, Kellogg’s, Christian Dior, Jonathan Adler, Rosenthal, KostaBoda, Harrod’s, Neiman Marcus and Barneys New York, to name a few.
Arindam is passionate about the luxury industry and an avid collector of unique items. In his off time he enjoys reading and educating himself about the renaissance movement, dining out and enhancing his culinary experience and travelling, which has led him to visit over 50 countries. Arindam relocated to India in 2013 to join the growing Indian luxury industry and currently works as the Head of Luxury Sector Business Development for BVC Logistics.
Divam carries a long association in the fashion education sector, he holds a degree in Fashion Design & Tech from Wigan (Manchester, U.K), a degree in International Fashion Business from Nottingham Trent University,U.K and a Masters from SDA Bocconi Italy (MAFED – Masters in Fashion Experience and Design Management).
He worked with fashionandyou.com for almost 5 years where he introduced and spearheaded the entire International segment – buying, sourcing and supply chain verticals. He is currently the GM at Limeroad wherein I am working on launching the PREMIUM business vertical.

She has been consis- tently ranked by Chambers and Partners- including as a “Leading Lawyer in Corporate M&A” – by Chambers Asia 2013-alongwith the citation “very responsive and very thorough.” Her clients have included multinationals like Abbott Laboratories, Fendi International, Nokia Corp, LVMH, AXA-SA, EL-Rothschild, Petronas, Hilton International, Allegis Group and key domestic players such as the Tata group, DLF Retail Brands, Zee group, PVR Limited. She has an hands on experience as full time faculty on the subjects like Visual Communication, Textile design , History of Fashion India & World. She has been teaching in the world famous institutes like NIFT. She has also Undertaken Masters. in DESIGN at Nift, New Delhi under a Bridge Programme from September 2009-April 2010. Also Written a Research paper on “To Ascertain the growth potentional of Disposable Nonwovens textiles in India” as a part of the programme.
